Police Incident - St Andrews Road - October

Morning all,

I want to send out a message to reassure you all regarding an incident that occurred on the 26th of October on St Andrews Road.  I apologise that this is the first time you maybe seeing any comms from us on the incident.  We are up and running with this platform now and you will be hearing a lot more from me!

The victim was approached from behind and was stabbed.  It is unclear at this stage what the reason for this attack was.  The suspect fled the scene.  The investigation is ongoing to try and identify a suspect, as you know the area is covered with CCTV.  The victim received three stitches and is recovering.

I can assure you this isn't a crime we see in here in St Marks very often, it remains one of the safest towns in London to live.  Again I apologise that this information wasnt sent out sooner to spare worry and the rumour mill.

That being said, moving forward communication will come out very quickly to keep you all updated on Crime, Asb, events and most importantly good news stories.
